제목 Macroporous TiO2 electrode for flexible dye-sensitized solar cells
초록 Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) have been under investigation for the past decade due to their attractive features such as high energy conversion efficiency and low production costs. In recent years, lightweight plastic-type DSSCs have attracted much attention due to radical reduction in cost and more extensive applications, such as mobile power for wearable electronic devices. Nanocrystalline TiO2 particles were synthesized in controlling their crystallinity and surface properties. Then, macroporous TiO2 layer was prepared on conductive indium-tin oxide(ITO)-coated poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) film by low temperature fabrication processes. In this study, we discuss that macroporous structures with well-dispersed TiO2 particles of a high crystallinity would provide a promising solution on low-temperature process for flexible DSSCs.
