Piezoelectricity of Electrospun Pd-Nanoparticles doped PVDF Nanofiber Webs as Dynamic Pressure Sensor and Nanogenerator |
초록 |
Piezoelectric current from poled PVDF and P(VDF-TrFE) films is generated by CF-dipole orientational change caused by external pressure. Recently, electrospinning of PVDF and its copolymer was found to give rise to preferential dipole orientation even without further corona poling process. P(VDF-TrFE) nanofiber web has much greater piezoelctricity than PVDF nanoweb, as PVDF nanoweb has much less ferroelectric β crystal content than P(VDF-TrFE). P(VDF-TrFE), however, is too expensive for real electronic application when compared to PVDF. So, in this study, we focused on the preparation of PVDF nanofiber webs having higher β crystal content through electrospinning PVDF solution doped with Pd nanoparticles. It was found that electrospun Pd nanoparticles doped PVDF nanowebs can also be a good candidate as pressure sensor and nanogenerator.
