제목 | Preparation of high porous PLA nanofiber for scaffold by electrospinning and solvent extraction |
초록 | High porous poly(lactic acid)(PLA) nanofiber was prepared using PLA and PEO compounding matrix by electrospinning and water extraction. The morphology, surface area such as porosity, pore size and mean pore radius and hydrophilicity of nanofiber were investigated by FE-SEM, BET surface area analyzer and contact angler. The surface area of nanofiber was higher than that of nonporous nanofiber. It was shown that the high porous nanofiber was useful with the scaffold for cell culture. |
