제목 Influence of the Isothermal Crystalline Behavior of Poly(vinyl alcohol)/Na+- montmorillonite on Oxygen Barrier Properties  
초록 PVA/ Na+-montmorillonite nanocomposite films were prepared with Na+-montmorillonite widely used as excellent barrier additve and investigated their optical, mechanical and gas barrier properties with different Na+-montmorillonite concentration. The crystallization behavior of PVA was investigated the influence of Na+-montmorillonite contents by isothermal experiments via differential scanning calorimeter(DSC). Silicate layers of Na+-montmorillonite in the PVA matrix were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The Avrami analysis was applied isothermal experiments. The Avrami model showed Na+-montmorillonite as a nucleating agent and modifying the crystalline structure of PVA. In view of this, main purpose of this study is to identify influence of the isothermal crystalline behavior of PVA/Na+-montmorillonite on oxygen transmission rate (OTR) through the isothermal experiments by the half time of crystallization, the peak crystallization time, relative of crystallinity, and kinetic rate.
