Stretchable and hierarchically porous polymer films for effective radiative cooling and automotive wrapping |
초록 |
Passive radiative cooling does not use electricity, so it can dramatically reduce energy consumption, so research is being actively conducted. In this study, a porous thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film was prepared for the development of an easy-to-coat and flexible radiation coolant. The TPU film introduced into the pores can realize high solar reflectance and ideal radiation cooling properties. As a result of measuring the internal temperature change of the model treated with the porous TPU film in a solar environment of 800 W/m2, it was found that the TPU porous film was superior to the commercial white paint by about 8°C. Through this, porous polymer-based radiation cooling technology is expected to contribute to reducing energy consumption as a non-powered cooling system in real environments such as buildings and vehicles. |
