Dual fluorescent oxygen and pH sensors using electrospun nanofibers for monitoring of biological processes |
초록 |
In this work, dual fluorescent oxygen and pH sensors were fabricated based on electrospun nanofibers. The electrospun fibers were doped with an oxygen-sensitive fluorescent dye like platinum meso-tetra(pentafluorophenyl) porphyrin(PtP) and a pH-sensitive fluorescent dye like 8-hydroxypyrene-1.3.6-trisulfonic acid trisodium salt (HPTS). The analytical performance of the dual oxygen pH sensor prepared with electrospun fibers was compared with that of a dual oxygen and pH sensor prepared with knife-coated polymer membrane in terms of sensitivity, long-term stability and response time etc. Stable and sensitive dual oxygen and pH sensor provides a reliable way to monitor the oxygen level and pH values in biological processes. |
