Evaluation of Bio-vascular Scaffold using test methods for vascular prostheses. |
초록 |
We have fabricated a tubular double-layered scaffold. Double-layered scaffolds with fibrous and inner porous layer were evaluated regarding test methods for vascular prostheses. In order to study fibrous structure by polymer solution spinning, PLCL gel-spinning method was used. Fibrous scaffolds were fabricated following thickness. Double-layered scaffolds were fabricated in the two steps using salt-leaching and PLCL gel-like solution spinning. We evaluated bio-vascular scaffold in accordance with cardiovascular implants tubular vascular prostheses in international standard; “ISO 7198:1998(E)”. We applied tubular vascular prostheses’ evaluation method using an existing surgical operation. And we optimized bio-vascular scaffold using like this method. |
