제목 | Highly Reproducible Detection of Alternariol using SERS Substrate |
초록 | In this study, silver nanoparticle-embedded silica nanoparticle (SiO2@Ag) was utilized as a highly reproducible SERS substrate for the detection of alternariol (AOH). The laser was focused on the middle of a capillary loaded with AOH treated SiO2@Ag dispersion. Characteristic SERS intensity of AOH represented good linearity and sensitivity with a limit of detection of 4.83 nM. In addition, signal reproducibility was evaluated with RSD values from 2.33 to 5.95%. |
