Simple stamping-transfer of PEDOT:PSS hole extraction layer for polymer solar cells with enhanced short circuit current density and long-term stability |
초록 |
Herein, polymer bulk-heterojunction solar cells with enhanced initial cell performance and stability have been realized by performing a simple dry transfer of the PEDOT:PSS layer onto the ITO anode. We discovered several useful insights when the PEDOT:PSS layer was uniformly transferred onto the ITO substrate. First, the dry transfer process can change the surface morphology of PEDOT:PSS. Second, through this dry transfer process the work function of PEDOT:PSS can be tuned. Third, by prohibiting the acidic PEDOT:PSS solution from directly contacting the ITO substrate this dry transfer method can be used to suppress leaching of indium from ITO substantially, thereby greatly improving the device stability. |
