초록 |
The aim of this study is to synthesize and characterize temperature sensitive and tumor targeting chitosan nano-carrier for drug delivery to cancer cell. Chitosan was used as a main body of functional groups which showed temperature-sensitivity, tumor targeting and drug-carrier stealth. N-isopropylacrylamide can lead to form the nanoparticles depending on temperature changing. Folate conjugation may improve drug delivery efficiency due to promoted uptake of folate receptor-bearing cancer cells. And PEGylation can decrease of plasma protein binding and erythrocyte aggregation, and prevent of recognition by the immune system. |
