제목 Fabrication PCL-BCP microfibrous hydrid composite  mats by electrospinning and investigation of cell- material interaction by in vitro
초록 In this study, hydrid composite of PCL-BCP was fabricated by electrospinning. Different content of BCP were loaded with in the electrospun fibers. The morphology of the hydrid composite mats was observed using scanning electron microcopy (SEM). Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction techniques (XRD), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) data showed that BCP nano particles loaded PCL fibers were successful. For mechanical property evaluation tensile strength was investigated. The tensile strength of PCL-BCP reached its greatest value at 20% BCP content and decreased above this content. The ability of porous PCL-BCP mats to support osteoblast cell (MG63 cell) was investigated by in vitro.
