Nobel electrospun composite membrane is composed of SiO2/PVdF blend nanofibers having skin multicore-shell nanostructure as a separator with high thermal stability for advanced lithium battery |
초록 |
The composite nanofibrous membrane with high thermal stability, good dimensional stability and good battery performance as a separator of lithium secondary battery was prepared through electrospinning of organic-inorganic hybrid solutions. The composite nanofibrous membrane using high heat resistive polymer as skin multi-core component showed very good thermal stability such as very low thermal shrinkage of below 7% at 250 oC.In the proto-type cell with this composite membrane, AC impedance sharply increased at 230 oC and OCV steeply decreased at 170 oC then almost 0 V around 200 oC. |
