제목 Electrical doping of organic semiconductors
초록 Electrical doping of organic semiconductor is the main technique to achieve high efficient organic electronics such as organic light emitting diodes (OLED) or organic photovoltaic (OPV). In this presentation, we demonstrate the doping mechanism of organic semiconductors. The effect of trap states in organic semiconductor on doping characteristics is investigated with the 2,2′-(perfluoronaphthalene-2,6-diylidene)dimalononitrile (F6-TCNNQ) doped 4,4’-N,N’-dicarbazolyl-biphenyl (CBP). We find the p-dopant recovers the hole transport properties in CBP matrix due to the effective hole filling in trap state of CBP.
