Synthesis of Two-photon Absorbing Copolymer Containing Photo-crosslinkable unit |

Usually, the commercial resin (SCR-500) has been used for two-photon induced polymerization. 1~2% of two-photon initiator (TPI) is mixed with this resin. To increase the content of TPI, we designed the copolymer that contains photo-crosslinkable moieties and TPIs. The copolymers bearing triphenylamine derivatives as TPI and epoxy groups were synthesized. The content of TPI has been varied to give different two-photon cross-sections. Each copolymer was applied to make three-dimensional microstructures and conformed by SEM photographs. The detail of evaluation results will be described. |
