Microfabrication with Copolymers Containing Two-Photon Absorption Materials and Epoxy Moieties |

Usually, the commercial resin (SCR-500) has been used for two-photon-induced polymerization. 1~2% of two-photon initiator is mixed with this resin. Here, we developed new one-body type resins that contain two-photon initiators and photo-crosslinkable epoxy groups. The monomers that contain different initiators were copolymerized with glycidyl methacrylate. The content of the two-photon initiator has been varied to give different two-photon cross-sections. Each copolymer was applied to make three-dimensional microstructures and conformed by scanning electron micrographs. The detail of evaluation results will be described. |
