In this study, we were prepared bioreducible drug carrier based on water soluble chitosan. The bioreducible chitosan was reacted using coupling agent. And then anticancer drug-encapsulated chitosan was prepared by dialysis method. The characterization of product was investigated by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, HPLC and dynamic light scattering (DLS). The drug release behavior was confirmed by concentration of various glutathion (GSH) as coupling agent and pH condition. The cytotoxicity and antitumor activity were confirmed by MTT assay.
