제목 Synthesis and characterization of water-soluble materials as electron injection layer
초록 Water soluble conjugated polymers between active layer and metal (or ITO) electrode is known that the performances of the devices are improved than those of the devices without water soluble conjugated polymers. This is due to that the water soluble conjugated polymers can modify the work function of metal (or ITO) electrode. We synthesized water-soluble π-conjugated polymer, oligomer and non-conjugated organic-inorganic hybrid polymers. Also, we fabricated conventional polymer solar cells and inverted polymer solar cells using synthesized water-soluble materials as electron injection layer. In this presentation, we will report synthesis, optical, electrochemical, and device properties.
