제목 Rheological properties of polyacrylonitrile/dimethylformamide solutions and carbon nanofiber felt manufactured therefrom
초록 The physical properties and morphology of carbonized nanofiber felt were investigated in relation with rheological properties. The physical properties of carbon nanofiber felts prepared by electrospinning and subsequent carbonization of polyacrylonitrile solutions in N,N-dimethyl formamide were investigated in terms of electrospinning temperature. Electrospinning temperature was controlled by infrared emitter. In the rheological properties were measured by Adavanced Rheometric Expansion System. The dynamic viscosity was increased with increasing measuring temperature. The morphology and the diameter of electrospun and carbonized nanofibers were observed with FE-SEM. The diameter of electrospun and carbonized nanofibers was also decreased electrospinning temperature. The electrical conductivity of the carbonized nanofibers was increased with increasing electrospinning temperature.
