Organic electronic devices such as flexible EL displays, LCD, organic solar cell, and OPVs are receiving growing interest. These devices require organic conducting electrodes that are optically transparent. Among them, Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) as a kind of conducting polymer can be a good material having the high conductivity and transparency. In this work, we developed a new metallic conductive PEDOT-SWCNT hybrid structures. As the result, we can be made the largely improved conductive PEDOT films through hybridization with SWCNT and/or Au nanoparticles. As the results, These hybridized films has a conductivity as low as 100 Ω·squares-1 and up to 85% optical transmittance at 100-nm thickness. |
