제목 | Nano-sturctured Materials Using Self-assembly Induced Nano/Micro Templates |
초록 | Abstract Among the heterogeneous polymerizations, dispersion, suspension, and emulsion polymerizations have been widely used for free-radical polymerizations and polycondensation polymerization conventionally has been conducted in homogeneous medium. However, polycondensation reaction in heterogeneous media is favorable and more efficient by control of particle size and reaction media, viz., dispersing and continuous phases. Individual particles play a role of nano- and micro-sized reactors, which is normally prepared by self-assembly of surfactants and/or amphiphilic polymers. By products and unreacted monomers can be efficiently removed through the interface of the particles whilst physical properties of continuous media should carefully be controlled by process conditions. In this talk, we focus on and present formation of particular shape and nano-structured materials, which can be applied to display and electronic devices, using dispersed polycondensation reactions with diffusion control of unreacted reactants and by-product in recyclable media. |
