제목 유·무선 데이터 통신을 이용한 무인 공급기지의 상황 감지 시스템 개발
초록 This paper introduces a project to make unattended station by developingsupervision and data accquisition system in KOGAS. The supervision and dataaccquisition system is composed of host server, romte teminal uint(RTU) and wirelessdata process unit, which is installed at central control room, unattended station andpatrol car, respectively. Communication between host server and RTU may have twokinds of modes to reduce communication cost. One is the wire communication mode asa main line during normal condition, the other is wireless communication mode either asa backup line in normal condition or as a main line in abnormal situation where thewire communication line becomes interrupted. Communication between host server andpatrol car is made by wireless data communication network which transmits data bypacket. The RTU has sensing units enabling to detect gas leak, fire, earthquake, wirecommunication interruption, electric power failure, explosion and traspasser and CCDcamera to zoom in or out and to rotate to ±90[°] by remote control. Wireless data process uint for patrol car has GPS(Global Position System) terminalunit to transmit position data of patrol car to host server, and wireless datacommunication terminal unit to receive informations about specified unattended stations.And it can maintain radio connect with GIS(Geometric Information System) through theinternet. It is expected that KOGAS can reduce $2,900,000 labor cost per year when thissystem becomes available to make unattended station.
