제목 Fabrication and Field Emission Properties of Dot-patterned CNT Emitters Using Photosensitive CNT paste
초록 We successfully fabricated carbon nanotube (CNT) emitter dot arrays of 10 μm diameter with excellent field emission properties using photosensitive CNT paste. The morphologies and emission properties of the CNT paste with mixing ratios of different size fillers were investigated. Among many combinations of µm-size and nm-size conductive fillers, the mixing ratio of 3:1 produced the best J-E curve. Optimum is the paste with the 5% fillers under the mixing ratio of 3:1. The 5% filler paste showed 2% higher emission uniformity than no filler one. We believed that addition of a small amount of nm-size fillers seems to be helpful to improve the field emission characteristics of the photosensitive CNT paste.
