This presentation gives a brief summary of research on nanocarbon-based ultrathin network films and its applications. Nanocarbon-based thin films have intensively been studied to develop the alternative transparent conductive films (TCFs) because of the excellent electrical properties, flexibility and its solution processability. Potential applications have been proposed in transparent electrode for touch panel, photovoltaic, display and in field emission devices, transparent heaters etc.. Opto-electrical properties, nanostructures, thermal and environmental stabilities of thin films will be discussed. |
