Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) is a conjugated polymer with high electrical conductivity, good thermal and chemical stability which is used as buffer layer in anode electrode side, and also has potential for use as a transparent electrode material for optoelectronic applications. In this report, the influence of various PEDOT:PSS such as Baytron PH, PH500, 5% DMSO doped Baytron PH, and 5% DMSO doped Baytron PH500 on the polymer solar cells (PSC) were studied. We investigated that the series resistances, impedance, and film morphology of PEDOT:PSS are how act on the bulk heterojunction solar cells made from blends of regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) and 1-(3-methoxycarbonyl)-propyl-1-phenyl-(6,6)C61. In our experiment, Those PEDOT:PSS were revealed different series resistance, and charge transfer resistance under simulated AM 1.5G illumination (100mW/cm2), and film morphology. |
