All-Solution Processed Polymer Devices with a Dual Function of Solar Cell and Light-Emitting Diode |
초록 |
Dual functional devices (DFDs) can perform two distinct functions of solar cell (SC) and light-emitting diode (LED) within one device. The DFDs would offer the opportunity for stand-alone devices which can generate and use the energy themselves at the places isolated from power sources. By all-solution processing, we have successfully fabricated dual functional polymer devices (DFPDs) with LED intensity beyond 8000 cd/m2 and with SC efficiency 3.1%. The DFPD is constructed by using a polymer transparent electrode, poly(3,4-ethyle-nedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate), and a sol-gel processed titanium oxide as an electron transport layer for the DFPDs. |
