The transparent electrode of few-layered graphene nanoribbons fabricated by high pulse current unzipping of carbon nanotubes |
| 초록 |
Large scale transparent conducting film has been fabricated using transformed few-layered graphene nanoribbons (FGNRs) and poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene). FGNRs are fabricated from unzipping process of carbon nanotubes with a high direct current pulse through a pulsed current sintering process. And, the transparent electrode was fabricated by spray- / spin- coating with FGNRs and conductive polymers. |
