Effect of Treatment of Silica on the Release Properties of Fragrant Oil in the Poly(acrylic acid)/Poly(vinyl alcohol) IPN Microcapsules |
초록 |
The pH-sensitive poly(acrylic acid)/poly(vinyl alcohol) interpenetrating polymer network microcapsules were prepared in the presence of SiO2 and fragrant oil by using emulsion polymerization. SiO2 was chemically treated with hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide, respectively. The shape and structural feature of the microcapsules were studied by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The role of interfacial adhesion between poly(acrylic acid)/poly(vinyl alcohol) shell and fragrant oil was studied by contact angle measurements, and the release rate of fragrant oil was characterized by UV-VIS spectroscopy. |
