제목 Styrene 유화중합에서의 등밀도 기술의 모델링 및 모사
초록 An equal density polymerization technique was proposed to simulate a micro-gravity environment based on a semi-continuous monomer addition process. A general model for this particular process was derived to calculate the specific monomer addition rate. The monomer feeding rates for an equal density condition was affected by the initial monomer swelling concentration and the average number of radicals per particle(). The dynamic monomer feeding rates were calculated with two different calculation methods(simple alternative solution and "Poissonian" solution), along with different initial monomer swelling and feeding rate values, and the monomer feeding rates in each case were investigated and compared. The time-dependent value of was found to be a critical factor in the estimation of the monomer feeding rate for an equal density condition.
