제목 Desalination of Paper Wastewater by Hollow Fiber Nanofiltration Membrane
초록 To reduce the main obstacle to the valorization of paper wastewater, i.e. the development of separation technologies for actual paper wastewater, the ceramic membrane nanofiltration process using dense ultra-thin γ-Al2O3 membranes covered with porous α-Al2O3 hollow fiber (γ/α-HF) membrane for the separation of alkali metals (Na+, K+, etc.) from paper wastewater such as black liquor. The concentration of lignin in paper waste streams as an advanced wastewater treatment process has been successfully studied. In this experiment, γ-AlOOH sols were prepared by the sol-gel method and coated on α-Al2O3 hollow fiber (α-HF) supports by dip-coating. After calcination at 1300℃, the average pore sizes of the α-HF scaffold and the γ/α-HF membrane were found to be 0.2 μm and 1.6 nm.
