제목 Novel ‘Click’ Hydrogel from PolyAspartAmide and Natural Polysaccharide Polymers: Alginate and Hyaluronate
초록 Recently, novel biocompatible polyaspartamides with pendant terminal alkyne or azide groups were synthesized and used to prepare the biofunctional derivatives and different gels by ‘click’ chemistry. Here natural polysaccharide polymers including sodium alginate or hyaluronate, were modified to possess alkyne pendants groups, and their hybrid gel preparation with the corresponding azido-polyaspartamide were investigated. The gel systems were characterized by their time-dependent gelation behavior along with swelling properties of the click gel, changing by composition and pH of aqueous medium. The present hybrid gels may provide a promising alternative to a common chemical hydrogels for potential biomedical applications including controlled drug delivery and tissue engineering.
