Synthesis and property of Novel Conjugated Polymers based on Benzodithiophene and Fluorinated Phenazine for PSCs |

PBDT-DT-DoDFPz and PBDT-DT-DHDFPz were synthesized using stille coupling reaction. These polymers were expected that various change of property. These polymers showed that λmax in the absorption spectrum was 575nm to 591nm in the CB solution. The polymer absorption in the film state was red shifted to about 16nm to 35nm. PBDT-DT-DoDFPz was red-shifted than PBDT-DT-DHDFPz. The reason this phenomenon was appeared is an effect of linear alkyl side chain. PBDT-DT-DoDFPz that had a linear alkyl side chain was better packed in the film than the PBDT-DT-DHDFPz with a branched alkyl side chain. A TGA (thermogravimetric analysis) figure showed that the 5% weight-loss temperature (Td) of these polymers were over 330℃ under an inert nitrogen. The HOMO (highest occupied molecular orbital) energy level of -5.27 ~ -5.37eV. Branched phenazine units had deeper HOMO energy level then linear phenazine units. PBDT-DT-DoDFPz achieved 3.41% of PCE (power conversion efficiency) and 0.66V of Voc. |
