제목 | Cu2S counter electrodes grown by in-situ chemical bath deposition for Quantum-dot sensitized solar cells |
초록 | Cu2S counter electrodes have good electrocatalystic activity in the polysulfide electrolyte, as compared to the Pt. In this presentation, Cu2S films were in situ formed on brass substrates for the use of counter electrodes for the quantum-dot sensitized solar cells (QDSCs). The effects of the Cu2S on the performances of the QDSCs were investigated in terms of the crystallinity, charge transfer resistance and recombination rate, which will be discussed. |
