Regioregularity Effect of Conjugated Polymers on Optical and Electrical Properties |
초록 |
Conjugated polymers are promising class of materials for commercialization of organic electronics due to the excellent performances and economic feasibility. However, most of the technological issues for improvement of organic electronics are unresolved. Among the issues, clarifying correlations between self-organizing properties and crystallinity of conjugated polymers has been claimed as a key point for the development. In this research, we demonstrated the correlation between optical and electrical properties and regioregularity of conjugated polymers. Since regioregularity is the one of the important factor that determines crystallinity and self-organizing properties of conjugated polymers without changing chemical composition, we successfully developed the model system for the correlations. We observed the tendency to decrease optical and electrical properties as regioregularity decreases. |
