초록 |
The performance of the rotary pump, turbo molecular pump and dry pump was confirmed good by operating the apparatus of hydrogen recovery and delivery for the development of the hydrogen isotope storage and delivery vessel. The volume of manifold part was bigger by 10 times than that of hydrogen inlet line, dry pump line. The volume of recovery part is 260.4069 L, and that of delivery part is 260.5152L. The volume of delivery part is bigger by 0.1083L than that of recovery part. The acquired data will be applicable to the test of hydrogen recovery and delivery. |
