Water Borne PU Adhesion Synthesized by Acetone Process |
초록 |
This work describes the synthesized of water borne polyurethane dispersions (PUD) by acetone process. And changing ratio of polyol and isocyanate compound for describes relation among size, M/W, and adhesive force. PUD were prepared from the Poly(tetraethylene ether) glycol(PTMG), Isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), Toluene 2,4-diisocyanate(TDI). dispersion solvent is DDI. DSC, GPC, PAS, FT-IR and UTM were utilized to characterize the physical and mechanical properties of PUD. |
