The production of bioethanolfrom seaweeds using the acidic treatment and the enzymatic saccharificationwas studied. The acidic treatment and the enzymatic saccharification using Lactozym and Spirizyme was performed. The seaweedsuch as agar, sea staghorn, and sea tangle was selected,and analyzed their conversion property to bioethanol. The acidic treatments using 2.5~12.5wt% of H2SO4were performed at 100℃ for 30~90min, and the enzymatic saccharifications using Lactozym(30℃ for 30min) and Spirizyme(60℃ for 30min)were performed. Also, 30wt% of yeast was used for the fermentation at 28℃ for 48hours. |
