제목 Effects of pore characteristics on elemental mercury adsorption of activated carbons
초록 In this study, mercury adsorption behaviors of ordered mesoporous carbons were studied. The polymeric precursors of activated carbons were prepared by the self-assembly method from resorcinol and synthetic Pluoric P123 resins. Various activated carbons having different micro-/mesopore fraction were fabricated by activation conditions. The surface and structural characteristics were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Pore characteristics were investigated by BET, BJH, and NLDFT. The activated carbon through steam activation has obvious improvements in the specific surface area, pore size, and mercury adsorption.
