A Study on the Improvement in the Anti-scratch of Photocurable High Reflective Urethane Modified Acrylates |

Recently, it is necessary to have competitiveness through the development of technology for prism sheet and related parts which is the core parts of Backlight unit(BLU). The film with complex functions have been implemented in various properties in order to enhance physical properties as well as high reflective index . In this study, it was synthesized photocurable high reflective urethane modified acrylates based on polyether and polyester type in ortho-phenyl phenol alcohol, respectively. High reflective urethane modified acrylate as a function of polyol type was cured by using photo-initiator and was prepared by curing film casting method. It was investigated on anti-scratch test for high reflective urethane modified acrylate. |
