Inorganic electroluminescence (EL) sheets, which have been widely used in lighting displays and advertisement panels, were sheet light source type, so it is good to emit uniformity. Also, if devices fabricated on flexible substrate, it would be possible to curved surface. Inorganic EL sheets which operate AC voltage have different luminance characteristics according to driving voltage and frequency. In this study, we fabricated white light emitting inorganic EL sheets, it is possible for backlight of LCD and POP, measured luminance variation of sheets different driving wave function and characterized by spectrometers. |
