제목 Enhancing Capacity of PVDF-TrFE Film by Photothermal Effect of Conjugated Polymer Nanoparticles
초록 Poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) (PVDF-TrFE) have been widely studied as a capacitors due to its high spontaneous polarization and facile process for complicated shapes and surfaces. In this study, we present the influence of photothermal on the properties of PVDF70-TrFE30 film. In the case of PVDF70-TrFE30, the permittivity is proportional to temperature up to 120 Celsius degrees. Due to large dielectric constant, one can expect a significant increase in capacitance of devices. We prepared conjugated polymer nano-particles (CPNs) that efficiently absorb sunlight energy from ultraviolet to near infrared light and convert the collected light energy to heat energy, and fabricated capacitors based on the composite films of PVDF-TrFE and CPNs. We characterize the structural variation and morphology of the films and investigate how the photothermal CPNs influences on the device capacitance under light irradiation.
