제목 Preparation of pH responsive succinamic acid/Fe3+/chitosan complex coated amine bridged periodic mesoporous organosilica nanoparticles for curcumin and doxorubicin delivery
초록 Amine bridged organic/inorganic hybrid periodic mesoporous organosilica (PMO) material was synthesised from a bridged silsesquioxane precursor, N,N'-bis[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl] amine and tetramethyl orthosilicate. The outer surface of the material was modified by succinic acid and the chitosan was coated through the complex formation with Fe3+ ions after loading with curcumin or doxorubicin drugs. The structure and surface properties of the novel hybrid drug delivery system was studied by XRD, N2 adsorption/desorption (BET), TGA, FTIR and 29Si MAS and 13C CP MAS NMR spectroscopies. The pH responsive drug delivery system is highly promising due to its effective, biocompatible, passive and targeted nature.
