Synthesis and Characterization of Waterborne Polyurethane/L-dopa Adhesives Containing Different Amount of Ionomer |
초록 |
A series of waterborne polyurethane (WBPU) containing different content (0~0.032mol) of 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (L-dopa) with a fixed 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl) propionic acid (DMPA) content (22mol%) as internal eumlsifier were synthesised using prepolymer mixing process. The chemical structure of the waterborne polyurethanes containing different amount of L-dopa (0~0.032mol) was characterized using FTIR spectroscopoy. This study examined the effect of L-dopa content on the thermal, mechanical properties and adhesive strength to find the optimum content of L-dopa for obtaining high performance adhesive materials.
