As the importance of replacement of LIBs has been highlighted, Zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs) have become one of the emerging energy storage system due to safe, eco-friendly, cost-effective, and facile properties of aqueous system. However, ZIBs still face difficulty of stability issue; dendrite formation and side reactions(byproduct & HER) on Zinc. Zn hosting materials, candidate for improving stability of ZIBs anode, can resolve above mentioned problem. In this work, electrodeposition derived Zn hosted MXene@Zn electrode was designed as ZIBs anode to achieve high conductivity and dendrite-free Zn stripping/deposition via directly pasted MXene ink onto carbon cloth. The MXene@Zn anode shows stable and fast Zn stripping/deposition. Furthermore, not only Zn/MnO2 cell with a-MnO2 cathode, but also the patterned electrode configuration was successfully adapted. This work provides one promising way to develop the stable and practical ZIBs device. |
