We have developed a new stamping system for fabrication of biomolecule nanopatterns using a nanoporous polyoxazoline tip with DPN technique. Using this approach, it enables us to generate nanoarrays of high molecular weight biomolecules in uniform size. The results also showed that virus nanopatterns could be generated at least five times faster with this method than with a bare silicon tip. However, our approach, unlike DPN technique, could not control pattern sizes by changing physical conditions such as temperature, humidity and contact time, because we used physical stamping as a driving force for generating nanopatterns. Herein, we present a method for fabrication of different sized nanoporous polyoxazoline tips ranging from sub-100nm to 1㎛ in tip radius. Virus patterning capability with these tips will also be demonstrated. |
