Graphene exfoliation method is very important procedure to use graphene structure as electrochemical material. Many approachs were performed to make graphene structure by exfoliating graphite and these approachs need some energy sources such as heating, electric force, ultrasonication with amide solvent etc. We performed graphene exfoliation using microwave irradiation and the graphenestructure was tested as support material in fuel cell catalyst. To identify the graphene structure,Transmission electron microscopy(TEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM) analysis were performed. After Pt deposit process, we performed cyclic voltammetry analysis to measure electrochemical surface area(ECSA).
