제목 Study on the Development of Small Diameter Blood Vessel Using on Electrospun Matrix Sheet Engineering
초록 Electrospun scaffolds have been increasingly used in tissue engineering applications due to their sizescale similarities with native extracellular matrices. One notable advantage of electrospinning is its ability to produce scaffolds that closely mimic the nano-scale fibrous and porous features of the extracellular matrices (ECM) in various organs. In this work, the PLCL copolymer(50:50) was used to fabricate electrospun nanofiber sheet. After collagen I-C coating, Cell seeded onto nanofiber matrixes tend to spread. Because of smaller fibers can inhibit cellular infiltraion, We have studied that cell seeded sheet rolled up tubular type. The used cells are Fibroblasts harvested from Newzealand rabbits. We applied tubular vascular prostheses' evaluation method using an existing surgical operation. we could see it had potential for usefulness of substitution small diameter blood vessel through the several mechanical testing. And we optimized bio-vascular scaffold using like this method.
