제목 Preparation and application of the organic/inorganic hybrid material to the high hardness coating solution.
초록 In recent years, the new concept of nano-coating material is becoming increasingly high in demand. As the nano-coating material is environment-friendly material, its microstructure and physical properties can be remained stable from the external environment. In this study, eco-friendly high wear resistance & hardness organic/inorganic hybrid coating solutions were synthesized by the sol-gel method. The organic/inorganic hybrid coating solution were made by Silica as inorganic compound and Methlytrichlorosilane(MTS) as organic compound. Al2O3 powders were added to improve the hardness and wear resistance. The organic/inorganic hybrid coating solution can be applied in various areas by forming hard coating layer on a variety of material. The physical properties were characterized by pencil hardness, level of adhesion and salt spray. The microstructure was observed by FE-SEM and the chemical compound was characterized by EDS.
