Upgrading of Solid Product Quality derived from Waste Tyres for carbon-silica Nanocomposite Synthesis |
초록 |
Waste tyres do not decompose easily in the nature and cause many environmental problems. In this study, it was focused on the upgrading of solid product quality in pyrolysis of waste tires and applying the improved material for synthesis of carbon-silica nanocomposite. For this aim, waste tyres (SBR_Styrene butadiene Rubber) were pyrolysed by using fixed bed reactor at 400 oC with 5oC/min heating rate. The product had high sulphur and ash contents than the commercial carbon black. The demineralization was done for the ash removing and had a positive effect making the sample suitable for polymer nanocomposites synthesis. |
