Organic Solar Cells (OSCs) have advantages with mechanical flexibility and low cost fabrication by solution process. In generally, conventional OSCs introduced hole transporting layer could be enhanced hole carrier mobility and device performance. Similarly, introducing conjugated polyelectrolytes as the hole transporting layer could be achieved high carrier mobility and low carrier recombination. Additionally, Self-assembled property of CPEs by interfacial dipoles with ionic groups in the side chains could be modifying the morphology of bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) active layer to increasing the carrier mobility and reducing carrier recombination. In this study, hybrid OSCs were fabricated with self-assembled CPEs in one-pot photoactive layer. The self-assembled CPEs in the active layer modified work function as hole transporting layer and increased the carrier mobility. As a results, performances of fabricated hybrid OSCs were enhanced than the device without hole transporting layer. |
