Preparation of Syndiotactic Poly(vinyl alcohol) Hydrogel by UV-Irradiation |
초록 |
Hydrogel has a three-dimensional structure that is generally made up of with water swellable polymer. They are used and adopted for a material like wound dressing due to their flexible and biocompatible or easily adhered to tissue. In this study, the Syndiotactic poly(vinyl alcohol) (s-PVA) hydrogels, the higher gel content were prepared by UV irradiation and its physical and mechanical properties were also investigated. The PVA hydrogel matrix has three-dimensional structure by UV-irradiation and have mechanically strong and flexible properties for wound dressing which maintains a moist environment and used for suitable healing process for a external wound. |
